Capital Environmental Consultants (Private) Limited (CEC) is a progressive Environmental consulting company in Pakistan, established under the Companies Act, 2017. With a Head Office in Islamabad and a branch office in Karachi, CEC is able to provide services across the country to clients from the corporate sector as well as Federal and Provincial Government agencies.
Despite being a young company, we have successfully completed more various assignments including, Ecological Assessment, Climate Change Adaptation, External Final evaluation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Compliance monitoring, EIAs, IEEs, EMPs, HSMPs, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Audits, Waste Management Plans and feasibility studies for Public and Private sectors including, Ministry of Science and Technology Pakistan and foreign funded projects.

1. EIA of Gas Processing Facilities
Client: Al Haj Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd.
Contract Type: Lead Firm
Al-Haj Enterprises (PVT) LTD spudded the exploratory well in BASKA North Block and the discovery of hydrocarbon was successful. To establish reservoir boundaries around the well(s) AEPL intends to set up an Extended Well Testing EWT facility for 20 – 30 MMSCFD Natural Gas and 1000-1500 BBL per day condensate. The facility will be developed as a Greenfield project.
2. IEE of 2D/3D Seismic Survey

5. EIA of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Unit

The proposed project is a construction of a Pharma Manufacturing unit for Veterinary medicines. Total plot area of the project is 9600 sq yd. while covered area of the project will be 65,88.75 sq. ft. 6. IEE for Pak – Korea Testing Laboratory

The proposed project is a ground plus one storey solar testing laboratory in sector H-8/4, Islamabad. Testing at the proposed facility will be done as per Pakistan Standards (PS) which are same as international standards IEC 61215:2021-1 & 2, IEC 61730:2021-1 & 2. Facilities will be provided to perform all 22 tests as per international standards in total, out of which 21 tests will be non-destructive while only 01 test will be destructive.
7. IEE of Hazara Flood Management

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has funded the proposed project. The project aims to rehabilitate river structures damaged by the 2022 floods and to develop hydrological and hydraulic observation networks and a central data management center will be implemented by Water and Power Development Authority (hereafter referred to as “WAPDA”) and Provincial Irrigation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after the Study. The study is being conducted in compliance of JICA E&S guidelines.
